WHAT I OFFER
1:1 Coaching
I work with individuals, privately, typically on a 6-month journey. Together, we will determine what is right for you. As a private client, each session is unique to you.
We dive deep into what you bring to the table and find what is at the root of where you may be stuck in your life, and what you desire most.

Group Coaching
Group coaching is a two- to three-month commitment that allows you to reap immense value from a structured program and benefit from the support and accountability of others whom you can relate and share this personal journey with.
Speaker and Workshops
Through individual talks and workshops, I teach them how to eradicate shame, create their own magical life, ignite their voice, and bring their light. You will be inspired and supported to take this message and apply it in your life, so you can live and lead with acceptance and intention, even alongside the painful, challenging moments that we all experience as women in life and in motherhood.
